Issues
Works with Windows x64 systems, too.
Does not work on every system. The issue seems to be graphics card dependent. Some got it to work by setting Windows screen resolution to 1024×768 (not every screen allows that – like mine) before starting. After that it has been reported repeatedly that any resolution will work just fine.
